  1. Preheat oven to 180C Butter square cake tin
  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter and cool.

Pour over the cooled chocolate and fold together. Sift over the flour and cocoa and fold together. Stir in the chopped chocolate

  1. Pour into the tin and bake for 25 minutes.
